Prologue

In the buzzing city of DELHI .

A petite figure of 5'2 is running to get to their college in time as today is their felicitation day .

She never gets late to anything yet today she got late due to yesterday's late working hours in the cafe .

As Minnie already called her 3 to 4 times she doesn't wants to get scolded so she catches the bus which takes her to college road as fast as she can .

She finally reaches her college after 20 mins . Entering the college she spots Minnie and Rama , she started towards them .

Before she got close to them she saw the person least wanted to see .

Her brother SHIVANSH was there .she couldn't process anything like zero isn't entering her mind . SHIVANSH also sees her from a distance he wasn't able to recognise her because she grew up . Yet he foria feeling that he knows the petite figure who is standing there .Later he shrugged off and started walking towards the pavilion.

Here she stands frozen her eyes wells up by seeing him retreating without any pleasantries .Her friends saw this approach her .Minnie understood what was going on in her mind yet Rama didn't know anything and asked her whether she is okay or not .

Mahi got out of her trance and said she is all okay .They made their way towards the hall where the function is being held.

As the felicitation started she get to know that SHIVANSH was here as a Chief guest not only that but entire family of RAGHUVANSHI was here as this is their college which comes under the empire .

Felicitation started, her friends got theirs and they were waiting for mahi to get her degree certificate.As mahi's name announced both shivansh and rudraksha stood frozen.

Then only Rudraksha started to notice the figure that had been standing before him & his friend.

Shivansh stood there like a statue and didn't utter a word .while rudraksha handed her over degree certificate and her medal. Mahi got her certificate and medal with a proud smile and confidence and said thank you sir to both of them and got down from the stage .

Later it was time for overall outstanding student award . shivansh is gonna distribute that particular award , the entire hall was waiting for the name to be announced.

They announced MAHI as the award winner , her friends started to hype her up. when she neared the stage she noticed award is to going be handed over by her bhaiyu.

She didn't say anything and quietly got the award with shivering hands. She was about to get down , shivansh with so much cold in voice asked her "award toh meine de diya tumhe lekin tumhe pata nahi hai kya to say Thank you ya ye bhi tumhare ek aur plan "

( I have given the award , you don't know even say thank you or this is also one of plans)

Mahi turned over , said Thank you with so much ease that his words didn't hurted her and proceed to walk off the stage .

No one knows the conversation except them and rudraksha as he is been standing too close them .

As the function continued ,entire Raghuvanshi family started to notice mahi and her friends especially rudraksha,he wondered how the hell she is alive ? The Rajvansh family said that she died in the accident , but no one from Raghuvanshi family knows that they abandoned Mahi.

Mahi was acting like she is enjoying with her friends.only Minnie knows what is going in her mind .

Rudraksha started to walk towards them , rama who noticed this nudged both Minnie and mahi,as mahi stared at the situation she was thinking where to run and hide before that he reached her and started the conversation with congratulating them .

While talking with them he asked about everyone's family, mahi's teared up at the question,but she shrugged off and answered,

" mein orphan hoon , mujhe pata nahi hai ki mujhe family hai ya nahi "

At her answer both rudraksha and shivansh stood frozen.

( I'm an orphan,I don't even know I have a family or not )

Mahi started to walk off from there and her friends also done the same without thinking twice .
